Continue reading below to find out what the winning intern from 2017, Hugh Baird, had to say about his time as an intern for Fonterra in Shanghai.
Name: Hugh Baird
Favourite thing about Shanghai: All the people I met, that being everyone from
those I worked with, friendly shopkeepers and waiters, strangers who approached
us on the street, or regular faces like our local fruit guy.
Three words to describe your internship: Eye-opening, supportive and valuable.
